Revitalize Yourself through Chakra-Balancing
Chakras are the Energy Centers in the subtle body that influence all aspects of our lives, health and well-being- physical, mental and spiritual. These storehouses of power also hold the key to unleashing the best and the highest potential in us. Understanding the Chakras and their influence over us; how to cleanse and balance them as well as unleash the energy locked up inside them can have incredibly transformational impact on us.
In this series of workshops, we will explore a few energetic aspects of our selves leading up to the seven principal Chakras in the body, their areas of influence, their imbalance and balance and some techniques to balance the Chakras. While attending selective workshops in this series has its own benefits, we highly recommend taking the entire series for optimum benefit.
These workshops involve meditating intermittently. Come prepared by wearing loose and comfortable clothing and bring your favourite cushion(s), yoga mat or blanket.

Sealing in the Energy through Mudras £39
Mudra means “sealing or locking in” in Sanskrit. Mudras involve specific ways of intertwining the fingers to ignite and seal in subtle Energy. Energy, when sealed, is focused and unlimited in power. Accessing our unlimited inner power through the right application of Mudra can be learned.
Mudras – simple to complex – facilitate healing and meditation. Mudra, given its effect on the body, mind and consciousness, is transformative. Mudras can flow into one another or be sustained to direct the flow of Prana for health, concentration and deeper spiritual awareness. Mudras are used by practitioners of Tantra, Bhakti Yoga and Buddhism.
Join us to explore different Mudras and learn to chant the various Bijasksharas (powerful ‘seed mantras’) associated with those Mudras.

Koshas - Exploring the dimensions of Life £39
‘Koshas’ are the dimensions of Life. The Koshas govern the physical, energetic, mental, intellectual and blissful aspects of our lives. The Koshas interpenetrate each other and influence each other to make the individual feel like one integrated unit.The quality of life as an existential journey is determined by the five Koshas. Deeper understanding the five Koshas and mastery of them leads to great enhancement of the quality of life. In this workshop, we will explore the five Koshas, their functions, roles and influence on one’s wellbeing as well as useful practices to energize and purify the Koshas.

Energize yourself through Mantra chanting £39
Mantras are unique Vibrations that embody specific energies of the Universe. Repetition of Mantra - called ‘Japa Yoga’ - attracts the Cosmic Energies, channels them inward and ignites corresponding energies inside the practitioner. Mantras help energize and centre ourselves, calm the negative chatter of the mind, deal with addictions, improve self-image, break thru obstacles in life and induce inner peace and harmony.
In this workshop, we will learn about the various Cosmic Energies, called ‘Devatas’ or Deities, prerequisites of a Mantra, accurate pronunciation of a few energizing Mantras, practical applications of Mantras, , how to practice Japa Yoga and Mantra Meditation.

Inner Journey through the Chakras £39
We explore the channels of Energy - Nadis as well as the Kundalini - the highest potential within us. We begin the inner journey through the Chakras and explore various aspects about these Energy Centers. We explore the numerical potency, the vibration as well as the energetic expressions of the first four of the seven Chakras.
